We ship to one address per order
Your order is shipped to one street address only. If you require part of your order shipped elsewhere, please make two separate orders.
A street address please
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have the correct address on check out. We request a street address please (not a PO Box) as some deliveries will come via courier. If you choose a PO Box address on checkout, you may not receive your goods. There is no refund for missing packages that cannot be delivered if you choose a PO Box on checkout and the couriers are unable to deliver.
Return to sender
If your parcel is returned to us (due to no pickup etc), we will receive a return fee. To resend it to you the cost will again be our flat rate shipping charge. Thank you for understanding.
Deliveries via our print manufacturers
Some items will come directly to you via our printing partners. You may receive your items in separate deliveries depending on what print partner your order is dispatched from. You will get a customer a tracking number for each package via your email. If you don't receive the email, please check your junk folder.
Guarantee via our manufacturers
Please ensure you check your order upon arrival. Please inform us if your order has not arrived within 30 days. Items not received notified after 31 working days cannot be guaranteed for replacement. We thank you for your support on this matter.
International tariffs
Customers are responsible for any tariffs, duties or fees in their country where applicable. These are payable by you when your order arrives at your country.
