Is Vibing the Tribe an Australian Company?
Yes, VTT is an Australian owned company based in Newcastle, NSW Australia.
Who designs the t-shirts?
Tara, is the creative force of Vibing the Tribe, and personally designs all the shirt graphics. After the designs are finalised, they are applied to shirt samples to ensure they look fabulous!
Can I return my item and get a refund?
Yes. We have a 30-day return policy. More information on returns can be found in our Refund Policy here.
How do I know what size to order?
Please see the sizing charts on the product pages for the best size for you. We have sizes from XS up to 5XL. For an oversized fit please size up.
How are my shirts printed?
Each shirt is printed using a direct-to-garment process, or screen printing, depending on the graphic. The tees are all printed in a professional printing setting.
Where does my order ship from?
Australian orders are dispatched by an Australian-owned printing company. Our orders are shipped directly from our print partners.
How is my order packaged?
Wherever possible, your order will be packaged in a recyclable post bag.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, SHOP.
Is Afterpay available?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Afterpay yet.
