Yes, VTT is an Australian owned company based in Newcastle, NSW Australia.

• What fabric is my T-shirt made from?

All VTT tees are 100% ethically sourced cotton with the exception of some marle and antique colours that contain 10-15% polyester.

• How do I know what size to order?

Please see the sizing chart for the best size for you. We have sizes from XS up to 5XL. If a size is out of stock, it will not show for purchase. You can see our Sizing Chart here.

• How do I know if the colour I want is in stock?

If a colour or size is out of stock it will not appear on the website for purchase.

• Can I return my item and get a refund?

• Who designs the t-shirts?

Me, Tara. I am the creative force of Vibing the Tribe, and all shirt designs are digitally graphically designed by me. After the designs are finalised, they are placed on shirt samples to ensure the designs look fabulous!

• How are my shirts printed?

Each shirt is printed using DTG, or screen printing, depending on the graphic. The tees are all printed in a professional printing setting.

• How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed via this website, Facebook, Instagram, SHOP, TikTok or Pinterest.

• Where does my order ship from?

Australian orders are dispatched by an Australian owned printing company. Our orders are shipped directly from our print partners. We have print partners worldwide so each order will be dispatched from the closest print partner to you. In most cases this will be a provider in your own country. So, you get to support your local businesses when you shop with us.

• How is my order packaged?

Wherever possible your order will be packaged in a recyclable post bag.

• What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, SHOP, Bancontact.

• Is Afterpay available?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Afterpay yet.
